Let our friendly furniture assembly team professionally assist you by building (or dismantling) your flat-packed furniture in your home, store or office at a time that best suits you. We operate our assembly service 7‑days a week from 9am until 9pm, except Saturdays and Sundays 9am until 5pm.

 

Fixed Assembly Charge

WE PROVIDE FIXED QUOTES FOR MOST WORK

Flat-pack furniture assembly charges are typically based on a ‘per item basis’. We require full product details including store of purchase, product name and a brief description to assist us in identifying the item. Should the total assembly cost be below $60 inclusive of GST, then a minimum rounding-up factor is applied, thus customer is invoiced $60 for our in-home assembly services.

 

Hourly Rate Assembly Charge

Although not a conclusive list of circumstances, our hourly rate can apply in the following circumstances:

1.      For unknown or new release items,

2.      Where a customer does not disclose or provide sufficient information to clearly identify the furniture product,

3.      Our assemblers are required to carry and/or relocate multiple packaged boxes from one point of the premise to another that consumes what we deem to be of considerable labour time being expensed in favour of the customer,

4.      Our assemblers are required to relocate existing furniture to another location within the premise,

5.      Our assemblers have to dismantle and remove any existing furniture as requested.

 

Our minimum call out fee of $60 Inclusive of GST covers our travel cost to your premise and up to one-hour of assembly labour per trade person provided. After that, it is then billed in 30-minute intervals per trade person provided at a rate of $30 Inclusive of GST. Be assured, we pride ourselves on charging a fair rate so we work hard to complete the job and aren’t pedantic over 5 or 10-minutes.

 

Where car parking is not readily available, the cost of utilising a nearby parking station or metered parking, or motorway tolls may be added to the cost of your assembly charge.

 

Fixing Wardrobes, Bookcases, Cabinets and Shelves

We carry a variety of fasteners for a variety of floor, wall and ceiling structures. The cost of providing this service and appropriate fasteners is at an additional charge.

 

IMPORTANT: Call Out Fees Can Be Incurred

Before requesting our services, please ensure all boxes required are correctly accounted for. If protective packaging shows evidence of mishandling, tear away packaging in that region and inspect for any possible panel damage.

 

Guarantee

We GUARANTEE the quality of our work. From time to time problems will occur and where practical, remedial action will be undertaken to rectify any problems ASAP at no extra charge. If we damage your furniture and cannot make an agreeable repair we will replace the damaged part.

So you just need an extra hand to help assemble (or dismantle) your flat-packed furniture. No problem! We offer friendly assistance that lets you retain that sense of pride of doing it yourself. Just inform our booking operator of your job details so we can come prepared with any special tools or resources that may be required.

 

Coverage Areas

We are often asked to travel outside the Sydney metropolitan regions and in most cases we do. We also have a network of associates working in other key residential areas. With our associates we GUARANTEE the same high standards of service.

 

Extended regions may incur a travel time allowance of $1 per kilometre, which is added to the cost of your assembly charge. Please contact us for more details of this service. If your area is not within the COVERAGE MAP provided, please CONTACT US to make a special arrangement.
